Inaportnet Application for Ports in Indonesia

Seven seaports, namely Benoa, Cirebon, Cilacap, Bengkulu, Talang Duku, Pangkal Balam and Tanjung Pandan, are committed to implement inaportnet for the service of incoming and outgoing goods of ports. The seven ports will Go Live Inaportnet in October 2019. These seven ports are following the  17 other ports which have implemented Inaportnet first since 2016, namely Belawan Port, Palembang Port, Teluk Bayur Port, Panjang Port, Pontianak Port, Banjarmasin Port, Port Balikpapan, the Port of Tanjung Priok, the Port of Tanjung Emas, the Port of Tanjung Perak, the Port of Makassar, the Port of Bitung, the Port of Ambon, the Port of Banten, the Port of Gresik, the Port of Sorong and the Port of Dumai.

This was marked by the signing of the Integrity Pact for Inaportnet Implementation by the Head of the Office of the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) in the 7 (seven) ports. According to the Director General of Sea Transportation, R. Agus H. Purnomo, who witnessed the signing of the integrity pact, stated that the application of Inaportnet in the seven Ports was intended to improve the service for ships and goods at the port so that it could run fast, valid, transparent, and standardized with affordable costs so that it can improve the competitiveness of ports in Indonesia.

In addition, the application of Inaportnet at the Port has become the Quick Win of Ministry of Transportation, which will be applied to all ports in Indonesia and implemented by stages.

“The digitalization system should be implemented as soon as possible. Like the implementation of the Inaportnet system, we must immediately implement it in all ports and must be supported by the Ministry of Transportation’s Internal System and the existing Systems at Port Business Entity (BUP). The internal system includes the Marine Traffic and Transport Information System (SIMLALA), the Online Ship System, the Seafarers Certification Application, and the Port Information System, “Agus said.

According to Agus, the signing of the Inaportnet Implementation Integrity Pact is a proof of the Government’s seriousness and commitment to make a better and more competitive port services.

 

Penerapan Inaportnet Untuk Pelabuhan Di Indonesia

Tujuh pelabuhan yaitu pelabuhan Benoa, Cirebon, Cilacap, Bengkulu, Talang Duku, Pangkal Balam dan Tanjung Pandan komit mengimplementasikan inaportnet untuk pelayanan barang keluar dan masuk pelabuhan. Adapun ketujuh pelabuhan tersebut akan Go Live Inaportnet di bulan Oktober 2019. Ketujuh pelabuhan tersebut menyusul 17 pelabuhan lainnya yang sudah menerapkan Inaportnet lebih dahulu sejak tahun 2016 yaitu Pelabuhan Belawan, Pelabuhan Palembang, Pelabuhan Teluk Bayur, Pelabuhan Panjang, Pelabuhan Pontianak, Pelabuhan Banjarmasin, Pelabuhan Balikpapan, Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok, Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas, Pelabuhan Tanjung Perak, Pelabuhan Makassar, Pelabuhan Bitung, Pelabuhan Ambon, Pelabuhan Banten, Pelabuhan Gresik, Pelabuhan Sorong dan Pelabuhan Dumai.

Hal tersebut ditandai dengan penandatanganan pakta integritas Penerapan Inaportnet oleh Kepala Kantor Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) di 7 (tujuh) pelabuhan tersebut. Menurut Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Laut, R. Agus H. Purnomo yang menyaksikan langsung penandatanganan pakta integritas tersebut menyebutkan bahwa penerapan Inaportnet di ketujuh Pelabuhan dimaksud bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kapal dan barang di pelabuhan agar dapat berjalan cepat, valid, transparan, dan terstandar dengan biaya terjangkau sehingga dapat meningkatkan daya saing pelabuhan di Indonesia.

Selain itu, penerapan Inaportnet di Pelabuhan telah menjadi Quick Win Kementerian Perhubungan, yang akan diterapkan pada seluruh pelabuhan di Indonesia dan dilaksanakan secara bertahap.

“Sistem digitalisasi mau tidak mau harus dilaksanakan secepatnya. Seperti penerapan sistem Inaportnet ini harus segera kita laksanakan di semua pelabuhan dan harus didukung oleh Sistem Internal Kemenhub dan Sistem yang ada pada Badan Usaha Pelabuhan (BUP). Sistem Internal tersebut meliputi Sistem Informasi Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Laut (SIMLALA), Sistem Kapal Online, Aplikasi Sertifikasi Pelaut, dan Sistem Informasi Kepelabuhanan,” kata Agus.

Menurut Agus, penandatanganan Pakta Integritas Penerapan Inaportnet ini merupakan bentuk kesungguhan dan komitmen Pemerintah untuk mewujudkan pelayanan pelabuhan yang lebih baik dan berdaya saing tinggi.
